The firm was established to address a recurring gap observed across growth-stage and expanding organizations: strong ambition and capability on one side, and fragmented execution on the other. Strategy, operations, sales, and market entry are often treated as separate initiatives, leading to inefficiency, misalignment, and execution risk.

Sales Corp Services was founded in 2018 by Amit Singh and Mohit Singh, with a simple but focused motivation: to understand and solve the real challenges behind sales and growth execution.

What began as an effort to “crack sales” evolved into a broader realization—that sales outcomes are shaped by decisions far upstream, including market entry strategy, operational design, talent structure, and positioning.

This insight continues to shape how the firm operates today.

Co-Founder and Chief Strategist

Amit Singh leads Sales Corp’s strategic direction and client engagements.

He brings over 15 years of experience across multiple industries, with early professional experience at IBM Global Process India. Since 2012, his work has focused on supporting organizations through growth, commercialization, and market expansion initiatives.

Amit’s role centers on commercial judgment, market-entry strategy, and aligning execution with long-term business objectives. He works closely with founders and leadership teams on decisions where clarity, structure, and operational feasibility are critical.
